FAQ'S

1. Do you need an appointment for installation?
Yes. Great Scot! schedules all appointments for installation. However, if our schedule permits we do accept walk in business as well. We try our best to estimate the time necessary for installation but it is an estimate. We will take the time to do the job right the first time. We suggest you to make arrangements to drop your vehicle off to us but a waiting area is available at both stores.

2. Is there a warranty on the equipment you sell?
Great Scot! is an authorized dealer for all product lines we sell. All equipment comes with the original manufacturers warranty.

3. Is there a warranty on your installation?
All installations performed by Great Scot! comes with a lifetime warranty. This warranty covers our installation for as long as you own your vehicle.

4. Will you remove you equipment when I sell my vehicle?
Great Scot! will remove the equipment installed by us at no charge when it comes time to trade or sell your vehicle. An appointment is required for all removals. Normal installation charges apply to reinstall the equipment in your new vehicle. Please understand not all equipment is compatible with all cars.

5. Will you install equipment bought elsewhere?
Great Scot! will install equipment purchased elsewhere. We still provide a lifetime warranty on our installation though no warranty is provided on the equipment. Great Scot! will not however install any brand of remote car starter, alarm systems, or keyless entry not available at Great Scot!. All of our packages come standard with a lifetime warranty on all parts and labor.
